This prenatal specialty portion (40 hours - 5 weekends) will begin spring/summer 2004. Yoga Instructors who would like to learn how to teach yoga to pregnant women are encouraged to attend. The series features presentations by childbirth and alternative health professionals. Topics include pregnancy anatomy and physiology, asana modification, designing a prenatal yoga class, and integrating pregnant women into your mainstream classes, and much more.

This is a great opportunity to study with Rhonda Kantor, founder and director of Chicago's most well respected prenatal yoga program.
Rhonda is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level.

Please email Global Yoga Center with your address and they'll mail you a brochure and application and add you to their contact list, or see the front desk, or call (773)-489-1510 for details.
